In order to be able to install firmware, the following tools are required:

Personal computer with MS Windows
Network cable to connect the XpertJet with the pc
The latest MSA-tool (Mutoh Service Assistance) or MSM-tool (Mutoh Status Monitor)

** Make sure when updating to F/W Main Ver1.01 or higher to use MSA tool Ver.6.0.6 higher.

There was a problem in the print head temperature compensation table. After updating the firmware, the Bi-D readjustment is required in self-diagnostic mode.
When the auto sleep timer automatically switches to the sleep mode, cleaning in a mode different from the setting for the cleaning operation during the sleep mode is performed.
When switching to sleep mode, a error "E092: CR overload" may occur.
When receiving data from VerteLith, if the panel displays "Receiving", and you cancel the data from VerteLith, the panel will remain in "Receiving" mode. If a cancellation is performed in this state, the panel will continue to display "Canceling".
When performing continuous printing with VerteLith with media cut enabled, printing stops midway after printing a few sheets, or printing does not start.

If auto cleaning cannot be performed due to the cover being open or some other error, the print head nozzles may become clogged. To prevent a long period of time from passing without being able to perform maintenance operations such as auto cleaning, the printer will display an error message and beep to notify the user.
If a parameter other than the print mode that can be set is received with the "*PQ" command, printing with MPS will not be permitted and the printer will switch to a print method other than MPS.
