TIB638 - VJ-426UF-Transporting the printer

We have noticed that some customers transport the ValueJet 426 UF in an incorrect way.

Please be aware that not transporting the ValueJet 426 UF in a correct way may cause damage and / or ink leakage.

 

When transporting the printer:

  • Discharge the ink in the printer
  • Remove the waste ink from the waste ink tank
  • Fix the print head with packaging material.
  • Do not tilt the printer
  • Do not place the printer upside down

Important
  • Comply to the above tips in order to avoid ink leakage or printer damage when transporting the printer.
    For more information, refer to the User’s Guide.

 

After transportation, please reinstall the printer as described in the installation manual!
