TIB672 - ValueJet 1938TX_4 or 8 colour ink setup

All Mutoh ValueJet 1938TX printers are currently shipped with a diagnostic setting set for 8 colour ink sets by default.

In case you are planning to install the printer with a 4 colour ink setup, make sure to change the following parameter in diagnostic mode:

► Diagnostics ► Parameter ► Update ► Color ► 4 color / 8 color

Note

In the unlikely case the “color” menu is not available, it can be activated via an mpi/ulk conversion. Please contact our Service Department for further support.
