Introduction
Summa discovered that in some cases a SummaCut model resets in the middle of a cutting job.
This only happens to SummaCut RL models that are connected via a network cable.
Actions
To prevent this from happening it is mandatory to connect the SummaCut with a shielded CAT6 Ethernet cable.
It is also advised to guide the cable as shown in the picture below. This way the network cable cannot get in touch with the media support rolls. When the network cable gets in touch with these rolls it could also cause a reset due to static discharge of the media support rolls on the network cable.
