A new revision of grid roller supports has been introduced for the Mutoh RJ-900XG units.
The main change is that the support has been modified from a "resin" kind of material, to a metal bracket with bearings.
This revision is implemented from serial number HB4O003409 and onwards. If for some technical reason the support needs to be replaced (for example: feed adjust issues), the following new part numbers are now available as spare parts:
- DG-48543: Grid roller support replacement kit.
- DG-48544: Grid roller support replacement jig
