What is the meaning of "Check ink" : Support Portal

The "Check ink"  message refers to the fact that that the value on the smart chip is much higher than the actual remaining ink in the cartridge or ink-bag.

There are 2 possible reasons:

• The ink end tab of the cartridge/adapter is coming out while the amount on the smart chips is still quite high. 
• A physical problem with the ink end sensor in the printer.
