The table hoist screw shaft has received a new spare part number revision.
The old part number DG-48154 has become obsolete and has been replaced by DF-30519.
If a replacement hoist screw is required, this revised spare part should be used instead. However please note to respect the important following system requirement prior to installing this part:
- Firmware requirements: VJ-626UF firmware 1.06 or later
- When replacing this part with the new host revision, select the table shaft type to "Shaft B" in:
Diagnostics >> Parameter >> Update >> Table Shaft
The new spare part shaft can be mounted on all VJ-626UF serial numbers.

Replacement instructions
| NOTE After replacing an old screw-type assy with the "New revision hoist screw assy" it is strongly recommended to initialize all the User Type parameters in user mode. Some parameters like "PG Offset" will not be correct any longer after this upgrade because of the different pitch of the screw thread.  |
