Dear Customer,
we have discovered that a minor quantity of UH21-WH500E ink packs have been shipped with a wrong "use before date" on the cardboard box in which the in pack is packed.
It concerns 500ml ink packs from lot 2154 with a "use before date" on the cardboard ink box of "05 AUG 2022".
We can inform you however that the "use before date" on the ink pack itself is correct: "05 AUG 2023".
As a result the inks are perfectly OK to be used and as such there is no reason to return these inks to MUTOH Europe.
