Due to the discontinuation of supply of the light bulb used in the switch assy of some winder models a revision had to be made. As of a certain serial number (see below) the light switch assy has been modified to a LED version. As a consequence also the PCB board has been revised.
Involved models:
- VJ06-TUP10
- VJ1213-TUP20
- VJ1619-TUP30
This revised set-up will be implemented in the factory as of serial number:
- VJ06-TUP10 ==> HM1U001305 and higher
- VJ1213-TUP20 ==> HO5U001200 and higher
- VJ1619-TUP30 ==> HP7U004652 and higher
Spare parts
- Before the cut-in serial numbers:
- DG-45351 (SW cable assy) will become obsolete, but can still be ordered until the stock has been depleted.
- DG-45348 (MOT_JUNC board assy) will remain available as spare part.
If DG-45351 fails and we have no more stock of this part then the switch assy and the board need to be replaced simultaneously (first time only). For this purpose following kit number has been created: DH-41255 (SW cable replacement kit).
The kit consists of the new switch DH-41253 (SW cable assy) and the new board DH-41254 (MOT_JUNC board assy).
Once the winder has been upgraded with these parts the defective parts can be replaced (and ordered) separately.
