Dear Customer,
We have been informed that the Mutoh DS3 Black ink batch with lot number WH23031P1 might result in some nozzle clogging issues.
As a result we advise not to use this lotnumber.
In case you would have such inks in use please perform an ink discharge on this channel and load another batch of black ink.
Please also check your remaining stock and inform your customers of this possible discrepancy.
You can claim these inks via the known RAS procedure through RAS@mutoh.eu.
