Dear Customer,
Similar to VJ-628, the generic media holders will be added in the accessory box of the VJ-628MP.
The original media holders will still be pre-mounted on the print platform of new printers, but an extra set of media holders will be packed in the accessory box. These media holders can be used in case the original holders do not provide enough support for certain media types.
Revised VJ-628MP Accessory box contents:
Cut-in serial number: IO1U000561
Procedure:
Media holders are removed by sliding them to the left side of the platen
Beware that on a VJ-628MP with serial number from before this change there is a screw inhibiting this action. If you would like to order these media holders for such printers please remove the screw in order to be able to replace the media holder(s).
