To improve the ease of installation of a roll of media, the roller shaft guide plate on the left side (when standing in front of the printer) has been revised to a larger metal plate. The new plate has now the same shape as the used plate on the right side.
As a result, loading of media will become more straightforward and the chance of incorrect loading will be minimised.

Cut-in serial numbers: (as of these numbers the new plates will be mounted standard from factory)
Due to the change in shape of this plate the "Roll media Holder L_assy" DG-49549 will also be revised to DH-42217.
