Emergency Service & Spare Parts Kits + RMA Procedure for Summa Cutting Plotters

Modified on Thu, 24 Mar, 2022 at 10:11 AM

Summa warrants its cutting plotters against defects in parts for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase. Consumables and accessories are excluded from this warranty. In the present Reseller News, we would like to provide you further information on the spare parts & RMA (Return Material Authorisation) procedure for the Summa cutting plotter models distributed by Mutoh.

Currently, we have no plans to stock Summa spare parts at Mutoh. We will however, offer two 'Emergency Service & Spare Parts Kits". These kits, available from stock, have been added to our updated Retail Price List of October 3rd, 2016.

In order to provide quick service to your customers, Mutoh strongly recommends you to have at least one Emergency Service & Spare Parts Kit (per Summa plotter type) in stock.
