Ink switch from UA31 to UH21/US11

In this flow we will use US11 inks as replacement-ink as an example, this same procedure below can be applied for UH21 inks as well.

2x VJ-UA31-CL1000E 1000 ml bottle or 1 x PJUVG5-CL3000E 3000 ml bottle (at least 2 litres of cleaning fluid are required).
8x KY-08701 open cartridges with funnel - do not use open cartridges containing ink residues or other cleaning fluids.
8x UH22-CL220E UV cleaning cartridges.
1x DG-48993 Maintenance station.
1x VJ1638UH-WIP 2-pack of wipers.
1x VJ16STG-FB-SO3 3-pack of spitting sponge.
CMYKVAWH US11 inks
1x VJ-ULVA1-ML500 maintenance cleaning( you can not use the ua31 cleaning anymore for maintenance).

1) Drain the waste-bottle completely empty.

2) Perform a nozzle check (to check the current status of the print heads).

please do not start the printer without this step.

11) Load the ULK file into the printer in board manager mode

12) Turn off the printer and then proceed with the replacement of:

13) start the printer in normal mode and perform the cleaning cycle with the UH22 cleaning cartridges.

14) Perform the ink Load with US11 inks, once finished perform a Nozzle check, if OK than proceed to the next step

please do not start the printer without this step.

11) Load the ULK file into the printer in board manager mode.

12) Turn off the printer and then proceed with the replacement of:

14) Start the printer in Diagnostic and Enter the head ranks and perform all the needed head calibrations(slant, F&B, UNI-D and BI-D).

15) Start the printer in user mode and perform the user adjustment( BI-D and micro adjust) and perform a test print.
