We have noticed that some customers transport the ValueJet 426 UF in an incorrect way.
Please be aware that not transporting the ValueJet 426 UF in a correct way may cause damage and / or ink leakage.
When transporting the printer:
- Discharge the ink in the printer
- Remove the waste ink from the waste ink tank
- Fix the print head with packaging material.
- Do not tilt the printer
- Do not place the printer upside down

After transportation, please reinstall the printer as described in the installation manual!
