I cannot login into the "Mutoh Club for Dealers" section any longer

First of all, ensure that your personal user-account is properly activated.


Secondly, be careful that the Mutoh Club has 2 sections:

"Mutoh Club for Dealers" - URL to download the MSA-tool, etc for technicians only

"Mutoh Club" - Location accessible for ALL users (end-users, technicians, etc)


BE CAREFUL:


Both URL's have only 1 letter of difference, but have a completely different purpose. This may potentially be confusing.


Please also note that the Login ID (nickname) / Password for the Mutoh Club for Dealers is not the same (if you chose different credentials during registration) as for the Mutoh Club. So make sure to use the correct credentials for the correct "zone".


NOTE:

Internet browsers however have the tendance to "remember" account name and passwords, particularly when the built-in password manager is active and remembering your logins/passwords.


Because the "base URL" (https://club.mutoh.co.jp) is exactly the same, your browser's password-manager may "mix" both account names for the wrong section (/mutoh/user or /mutoh/guser extension). This will also result in invalid login and password, when attempting to login.


If after all this above, you are still unable to access your account on the "Mutoh Club for Dealers", you can try to password recovery through your Login ID (nickname).
