TIB 856: UA31 cyan lot UC23030P1 not to be used

Dear Customer,

We have been informed by our ink supplier that the UA31 cyan ink batch with lot number UC23030P1 is not to be used.

There is a slight possibility that this ink lot is not reaching the required quality level and might result in ink mist and/or nozzle drop-out.

In case you would have such inks in use please perform an ink discharge on this channel and load another batch of cyan ink.

Please also check your remaining stock and inform your customers of this possible discrepancy.

You can claim these inks via the known RAS procedure through RAS@mutoh.eu.
