TIB840 - Introduction of a new revision of Mutoh dampers.

MUTOH Japan announced the introduction of a new revision of dampers.

Please find herewith an overview of what part numbers have been revised as a result of this change.

Spare parts pricelists will be revised accordingly.

NOTE:

These new part numbers will become available for delivery upon depletion of stock of the current parts.

Visual recognition: the new dampers can be recognized by means of a red marking.

Cut-in serial numbers: the new dampers are pre-installed as following serial numbers.

XPJ-461UF : JI3U000347 ~

XPJ-661UF : JM2U000431 ~

Dampers.

New part numbers for the dampers with the white connectors:

DG-41543 will be replaced by the DH-40834

New part numbers for the dampers with the black connectors:

DG-49273 will be replaced by the DH-40732

Print head.

New part number for the Print head:

DG-49990 (type I9472) UV head with dampers included will be replaced by the DH-40865 (type I9472) with new dampers included.

Maintenance kits.

Historically, dampers have always been included in the periodical maintenance kits for yearly maintenance on UV printers.

This has now been revised; no dampers are included in these kits anymore, as a result it is not needed to pro-actively replace the dampers every year.

New part numbers for the periodical maintenance kits:

VJ-426UF/VJ-626UF:

DG-49061 will be replaced by the DH-40868.

VJ-1626UH

DG-48701 will be replaced by the DH-40867.

VJ-1638UR/VJ-1638UR2:

DG-48691 will be replaced by the DH-40871.

VJ-1638UH/VJ-1638UH2:

DG-49368 will be replaced by the DH-40870.
