This bulletin is to inform you that the part number of the VJ-1638UH carriage has been changed.
- Old part number: DG-46891 - "Cursor Assy (38UH)"
- New part number: DG-49022 - "Cursor Assy2 (38UH)" (implemented as of S/N: ID6U000252 or later)
When the new DG-49022 is installed, put the following printer settings back to the default-settings:
Check 8: Parameter
Param2:Update
Update11:PG motor
PG Motor 1: Param
PG Motor Param: Type B
Check 8: Parameter
Param2:Update
Update11:PG motor
PG Motor 2: Vref
PG Motor Vref: 5 (= factory setting)
| Note: Make sure that the worm-gear assy on the replaced carriage is properly lubricated (with white grease)! |
Please be aware that the affected spare part lists will be revised when there is a new release. Therefore it's important to know that the old published number is not longer available and will be rejected by the order department. This new number here above, should be ordered instead.
