Main FW 1.06

1.[Fixed] UV lamp does not turn off when job is canceled. (Fail-safe issue)

2.[Fixed] When a UV lamp system error occurs, it takes a long time for the printer to restart. (Fail-safe issue)

3.[Fixed] There was a flaw in the method for determining whether the UV lamp was on or off. (Fail-safe issue)

4.[Fixed] UV lamp life time counter not recorded.

5.[Fixed] When printing data created with Fiery's RIP, missing dots and misaligned printing of specific colors occur.

6.[Fixed] The circulation pump is driven during regular ink circulation, but the circulation pump's life counter is not updated correctly. It is counting at 1/20 of the actual life.

7.[Fixed] Even if the printer is left idle for several minutes, it may not enter a power saving mode (where the vacuum fan and ventilation fan are turned off). 8.[Fixed] When "Temperature too low" is displayed on the control panel, if "either" of the two heads reaches the specified temperature, the "Temperature warning" display will disappear. This is not correct processing, and the "Temperature too low" display should be disappeared when "both" of the two heads reach the specified temperature.

Main FW 1.05

1:[Fixed] When using US61 ink and performing two-layer printing (white overlay, etc.), if printing is canceled during printing, the printer will freeze.

2:[Fixed] When entering and waking up from sleep mode, a "communication error" may occur on VerteLith.

3:[Fixed] When sending print data that includes a command to switch the User Type from VerteLith or MPS, printing is performed without switching "Media Thickness (um)".

4:[Fixed] Ink information was not updated correctly when ACG was set to Ignore.

5:[Added] Before starting the ink circulation process, turn the solenoid valve on and off several times to prevent it from sticking and ensure that the solenoid valve works normally when the ink circulates.

6:[Added] Using the printer in a temperature environment outside the guaranteed operating range may cause mechanical problems or physical problems (the ink may change quality or not curing).
 To prevent and suppress such problems, a warning will be displayed on the main panel and on VerteLith and MSM if the printer temperature (temperature information for head 1) falls below 18C or exceeds 50C. If the printer temperature falls within the guaranteed operating range, these warnings will automatically disappear.

LED Controller V1.01:

[Changed] The threshold for temperature abnormality errors to prevent UV LED Temperature Error(E226/E230) from occurring frequently in low temperature environments.
 The temperature measurement range of the UV lamp will change from "0C ~ +80C" to "-20C ~ +90C".

Main FW 1.03

1:[Fixed] If the printer stops due to an Ink end when starting up, the "Initializing" message remains, so it was impossible to knwo the ink was empty. The "No ink" error message will now be displayed.

2:[Changed] If the power was left on for 24 hours, backup parameters, including the "Printer Usage" log, were sometimes not recorded in memory. Backup parameters are now recorded in memory on a 24-hour cycle.

3:[Changed] The threshold for temperature abnormality errors to prevent UV LED Temperature Error(E226/E230) from occurring frequently in low temperature environments.
 The threshold at which the UV LED Temperature Error (E226/E230) occurs has been changed to around 0C to -19C.

4:[Changed] If the time to agitate the ink comes during printing, the message "Agitate ** ink" was displayed, and there was a risk that the ink cartridge would be removed during printing. The message will change to "Ink-agitate after printing".

5:[Changed] If the message "Agitate ** ink" is displayed, auto cleaning will not be performed.

6:[Added] A parameter has been added to the PM command to improve gloss printing.

7:[Added] During nighttime operation or continuous printing, "Agitate ** Ink" may be displayed and printing may stop. 

A settings menu has been added so that online printing can be performed even when "Agitate ** Ink" is displayed. 

"Print stop" has been added to "Ink agitation3". If you change it to "Off", printing will continue even if "Agitate ** Ink" is displayed.
 Please note that there is a risk of print defects if printing continues without agitation.

1:[Fixed] Depending on the placement of print objects, an E215 error may occur.

2:[Fixed] If there is white space within a print object, the media will backfeed in that area, making the white space smaller.

3:[Fixed] The backlight of the control panel keys may flicker momentarily while the setting screen is displayed.

4:[Fixed] US61 ink expiration date information may not be recorded in the log.

5:[Fixed] In Setup > Advanced Settings > Origin, after the CR has moved to the origin position, open the cover while "Confirm Position End -> Enter" is displayed. The panel display will change to "Cover Open", but after 5 seconds all displays on the panel will disappear.

6:[Fixed] When an ink-related error occurs, the "soak cleaning" process starts, and the panel becomes inoperable during the process.

7:[Fixed] When continuously printing using VerteLith or MPS, the printer may display "Receiving" and not start printing.

   - "Ink agitation" has been added to "Menu 8," allowing you to agitate inks immediately.

10:[Added] There are plans to add a solenoid valve to the Wh channel to deal with uneven white ink density, so a switching menu will be added to Parameter->Update->Circulation in the self-diagnosis.

 When the printer is in standby mode and ink is not being consumed, if an ink pack is removed, "[**]Check Ink" will be displayed, prompting the operator to check the cartridge status.
