Dear Customer,
we have been informed by the factory that a series of winders VJ1619-TUP40 contain a wrong set of screws.
The delivered screws are M3*10, where the correct dimensions are M4*10.
Following serial numbers have a faulty set of screws: From IV7U000703 until (and including) IV7U000757.
Also serial number IV7U000764 was shipped out with a wrong set.
Please check your stock or customer installed base and, if needed, please let us know if a new set of screws needs to be sent to you.
