Dear Customer,
Please be informed that units on a firmware version prior to 1.07 there is a possibility that a white ink leakage will occur.
Problem:
If the printer is left in the "Ready to print" status for a long time white ink may leak out of the machine.

Cause:
When the printer is in Stand-by modus and an ink agitation message occurs during the regular white ink spitting the printer might get into an uncontrollable loop.
The printer will repeatedly cap and spit until the white ink is empty. This may cause white ink to overflow and damage printer parts and floor.
This situation does not occur when the printer is in Sleep mode.
Countermeasure:
This problem is solved in firmware version 1.07.
Cut-in Serial number:
FW 1.07 is pre-installed in the factory as of KQ5U000160.
Action required for installed units on older FW:
Please upgrade the printer as soon as possible to main FW 1.07 and MOT_LED FW 1.03.
Info: operators can upgrade the FW themselves by means of the MSM. As a result an intervention of a technician is not required for this action.
